Please note that paid course registrations are non-refundable. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure they have a compatible device capable of viewing course videos, accessing the relevant website, and utilizing other related materials. The device should have sound playback capability and support Adobe Flash or an equivalent format. Each user will receive unique login credentials and access to the training solely as a user. Course materials are not downloadable, and registration or participation does not grant ownership rights to the material.

If course registrations have been purchased but not yet started, users may request a transfer of the registration to another individual. However, once a course has been initiated, transfers are not permitted.

Please exercise caution when making purchases, as duplicate purchases made in error are non-refundable. We cannot guarantee refunds for valid purchases made mistakenly. Nonetheless, unused registrations can be transferred to another individual.
